Safety & Durability: Insulation layer boasts a breakdown voltage of 20~50KV/mm, with resistance to moisture and chemicals. It operates within a wide temperature range (-62℃~235℃ for continuous use, up to 300℃ instantaneously) and offers a long service life.
Efficient Heating & Easy Installation: Ensures uniform heat distribution with a maximum power density of 3.1W/c㎡ for rapid heating. Supports installation via pressure-sensitive adhesive (below 150℃), screws (below 220℃), adapting to diverse industrial scenarios.
