The standard DS18B20 digital temperature sensor package is designed for PCB mounting and embedded applications. With three pins — VCC, DATA, and GND — and a compact through-hole design, it integrates into microcontroller projects, industrial control boards, laboratory instruments, and other electronic monitoring systems.
The sensor supports programmable resolution from 9-bit to 12-bit, allowing system designers to balance temperature conversion speed and measurement resolution. Its 3.0V–5.5V operating voltage supports compatibility with common 3.3V and 5V logic systems.
Using a 1-Wire temperature sensor interface, the DS18B20 can communicate digital temperature data through a single data line, making it suitable for systems that require multiple temperature sensors or distributed temperature monitoring.

The waterproof DS18B20 temperature probe is enclosed in a stainless steel housing with epoxy sealing for liquid, outdoor, and demanding environmental temperature monitoring. It is suitable for water tanks, refrigerated trucks, cold chain logistics, aquariums, weather stations, and other applications where a sealed temperature probe is required.
The sealed stainless steel construction helps protect the DS18B20 sensor from moisture, condensation, and mechanical stress. The DS18B20 provides up to ±0.5°C accuracy within its specified accuracy range, while the probe assembly can be supplied with different cable lengths and connector configurations.
A standard 1-meter lead wire with a 3-pin Dupont connector is available for convenient connection to compatible controllers and development boards. Custom cable lengths and connector options can also be supplied for OEM applications.
