Flat Rectangular Coil Heater is a precision heating element designed for hot runner nozzles, injection molds and compact industrial heating applications. Its flat rectangular cross-section provides a larger contact area than traditional round coil designs, improving heat transfer efficiency and helping maintain stable temperature control in limited installation spaces.

Available in 2.2×4.2 mm, 4.0×2.0 mm and 4.5×2.7 mm cross-sections, this coil heater can be customized according to heating length, inner diameter, voltage, wattage and lead-wire requirements.
