Round Coil Heater for Hot Runner Nozzles & Precision Heating

Round Coil Heater is a flexible cylindrical heating element designed for hot runner nozzles, manifold sleeves, injection molds and other compact industrial heating applications. Its round cross-section provides good flexibility and allows the heater to be formed around suitable cylindrical components during installation.

Available in Φ3.0 mm, Φ4.0 mm and Φ5.0 mm cross-sections, this heater can be customized according to heating length, inner diameter, voltage, wattage and lead-wire requirements.
