Square Coil Heater is a precision heating element designed for hot runner nozzles, injection molds, and continuous-production heating applications. Its square cross-section provides a larger contact surface than conventional round coil designs, helping improve heat transfer and maintain stable temperature performance.

Available in 3.0×3.0 mm, 3.3×3.3 mm, 3.5×3.5 mm, and 4.0×4.0 mm cross-sections, this heater can be customized according to heating length, inner diameter, voltage, wattage, and lead-wire requirements.
