Pressed-in Brass Coil Heater for Precision Hot Runner Molds
Pressed-in Brass Coil Heater is a rigid heating assembly designed for precision hot runner nozzles, optical lens molds and high-volume injection molding applications. The coil is pressed into a close-fitting brass or stainless steel structure to minimize air gaps and provide stable heat transfer.
This design is manufactured according to the required inner diameter, outer diameter, heating length, voltage, wattage and lead wire configuration. Unlike flexible coil heaters, this assembly is produced as a fixed rigid structure and cannot be bent after manufacturing.
