Nozzle Mica Band Heater
The nozzle mica band heater is a compact heating solution designed specifically for injection molding machine nozzles. Its small-size, one-piece closed-loop structure provides close contact with the nozzle surface while fitting into narrow installation spaces.
Made with high-temperature mica insulation and a stainless steel 304 outer sheath, this heater supports stable heating up to 420°C. It is suitable for injection machine nozzle heating where compact dimensions, controlled power density, and reliable heat transfer are required.
Most nozzle heaters are custom-made according to the nozzle diameter, heating width, voltage, and power requirements. Limited stock sizes are available for common applications.

Stock Reference Sizes
Most nozzle mica band heaters are custom-made according to the nozzle diameter and heating width. The following are limited stock reference sizes:

Remarks:
- Nozzle heaters have limited stock sizes; most specifications are OEM custom-made.
- Stock units do not include thermocouple holes. Thermocouple holes are available on request.
- Low-to-medium power density is recommended for small-size heaters to help reduce overheating and premature burnout.
Installation
The compact one-piece structure is designed to be installed from the nozzle end. Slide the heater over the nozzle and position it correctly on the required heating zone before securing it firmly.
Because nozzle heaters are small and operate in a concentrated heating area, correct inside diameter, width, voltage, and power are important for stable heating performance and service life.
