The one-piece mica band heater is a closed-loop heating unit designed for small-diameter barrels and short heating zones in injection molding machines. Its integral structure has no side opening, providing close contact with the barrel surface for stable and efficient heat transfer.

Unlike split-type mica heaters, this one-piece design must be installed from the end of the barrel. It is especially suitable for applications where a compact heater with a close fit is required. Custom sizes, voltage, power, terminals, and optional insulation are available for different machine requirements.

Installation

The one-piece structure has no side opening, so the heater must be installed by sliding it over the barrel from the barrel end. After positioning the heater correctly, it is secured with a clamp band to maintain close contact with the heating surface.

Before installation, confirm that the heater inside diameter matches the barrel outside diameter. Correct fitting helps maintain efficient heat transfer and stable heating performance.
