Flanged immersion heater is an industrial electric heating solution designed for direct heating of water, oil, and other compatible liquids. The heating elements are securely welded to a flange, allowing the heater to be installed directly into tanks, vessels, boilers, and industrial process equipment.
EaseWise provides multiple standard stock models as well as OEM custom flanged immersion heaters. Standard options cover different flange sizes, heating tube diameters, immersion lengths, voltage, and power ratings. Sheath materials including SUS304, SUS316L, SUS321, copper, Incoloy, and titanium are available for different liquid and operating conditions.

Remarks
- Stock models are available in common flange sizes, heating tube diameters, immersion lengths, and power ratings.
- Non-standard dimensions and electrical specifications can be manufactured according to customer requirements.
- A thermowell can be added to provide installation space for a thermocouple or RTD.
- For heavy oil and high-viscosity media, a lower surface watt density should be selected to reduce localized overheating.
- Sheath material should be selected according to the liquid composition, temperature, and corrosion conditions.
- For corrosive liquids, titanium, PTFE-coated, Incoloy, or other suitable materials can be considered.
- The heating element must remain properly immersed in the heating medium during operation.

Water, Oil and Storage Tank Heating
Flanged immersion heaters can be installed in water tanks, storage tanks, oil tanks, and process vessels for heating and temperature maintenance of water, thermal oil, heavy oil, and other compatible liquids.
Petrochemical and Industrial Process Heating
These heaters are suitable for industrial process equipment in petroleum, petrochemical, machinery manufacturing, surface treatment, and electroplating applications where direct liquid heating is required.
Food and Beverage Processing
Flanged immersion heaters can be used in ingredient tanks, cleaning tanks, brewing equipment, and pasteurization systems when the heater material and construction are suitable for the specific process.
Corrosive Liquid Heating
For corrosive salt solutions, acidic or alkaline media, and other demanding chemical applications, corrosion-resistant sheath materials such as titanium, PTFE-coated elements, or suitable Incoloy materials can be selected.
Boilers and Industrial Equipment
Flanged immersion heaters can be integrated into hot water boilers, industrial cleaning machines, hydraulic oil stations, dishwashing equipment, and other process heating systems.
