Flange-Mount Cartridge Heater is designed for heating applications that require secure mounting, easy installation and convenient heater replacement.
The heater uses a stainless steel cartridge heating tube combined with a flange and compression fitting, allowing the heater to be fixed to equipment panels or heating vessels while keeping the heating section properly positioned.

This flange cartridge heater is suitable for hot melt tanks, liquid heating equipment, packaging machinery, air heating systems and other industrial equipment requiring a removable cartridge heater with mechanical mounting.

The flange provides mechanical fixing while the compression fitting secures the heater tube and allows convenient removal for maintenance or replacement.

How the Flange-Mount Cartridge Heater Works

The flange is used to secure the heater to the equipment wall or mounting panel, while the compression fitting locks the cartridge heater tube in the required position.
The flange and fitting remain outside the heating zone, while the immersed or inserted tube section provides the heating output.

This design makes the heater easier to remove than a permanently fixed heating element and is useful for equipment that requires regular inspection, cleaning or heater replacement.

Installation Notes

• The flange and compression fitting are non-heating sections. Only the designated heater tube section generates heat.
• Make sure the heated section is properly positioned inside the material being heated.
• For liquid heating applications, the heated section should be adequately immersed.
• Avoid dry running unless the heater is specifically designed for air or dry heating.
• Tighten the compression fitting correctly to prevent heater movement during operation.
• Confirm the required voltage and power before electrical connection.
