PI Heater: Double-layer polyimide film encapsulates an etched Ni-Cr foil heating circuit. The typical thickness is only 0.15-0.25 mm, providing an ultra-thin and lightweight heating structure. Standard models can use PSA pressure-sensitive adhesive for convenient surface mounting.

Silicone Rubber Heater: Silicone rubber provides insulation and protection around the heating element. The typical construction is thicker than PI film and is suitable for larger heating surfaces and more demanding industrial heating applications.
