Protection Tube Material Selection

Actual temperature limits depend on thermocouple type, protection tube material, installation, and service conditions. PTFE-lined probes are intended for lower-temperature corrosive liquid applications.

Installation
- Install threaded models into the equipment mounting hole or secure flange models with bolts.
- Insert the protection tube to the required measurement depth.
- The probe insertion length is fixed during manufacturing.
- Check the sealing ring and waterproof cable gland to maintain IP65 protection.
If adjustable insertion depth is required, select a different mounting configuration.
