Flange Mounted Assembly Thermocouple Features

Flange Mounted Thermocouple Temperature Range
The thermocouple element can support a wide operating range depending on the selected type and construction. The flange assembly has a separate temperature limitation based on flange and sealing materials.

Typical flange assembly temperature limits are approximately 550°C for standard flange and sealing materials. High-temperature alloy flange components can be supplied for higher-temperature applications. Actual limits depend on the flange, sealing components, sheath, thermocouple type, and service conditions.

Manufactured according to IEC 60584-1. Class 2 is standard, while Class 1 is available on request.
