Flange Mounted Thermocouple Features
- Fixed flange-mounted structure for secure installation on pipelines, pressure vessels, boilers, and reaction equipment.
- Mineral-insulated sheathed probe provides stable positioning and good vibration resistance.
- Suitable for sealed or pressurized process equipment where secure flange installation is required.
- SS304, SS316, and Inconel 600 sheath options are available.
- Probe diameter, insert length, flange specification, thermocouple type, and cable configuration can be customized.

Thermocouple Type Options

Temperature Range
The thermocouple element can support a wide operating range depending on the selected type and construction. The flange assembly itself has a separate temperature limitation based on flange and sealing materials.

Standard flange assembly temperature limit is approximately 550°C for typical materials. High-temperature alloy flange components can be supplied for higher-temperature applications. Actual limits depend on the flange, sealing components, sheath, thermocouple type, and service conditions.
