L-Shape Cartridge Heater – 90° Right-Angle Design

L-Shape Cartridge Heater is designed for applications where a cartridge heating element must fit into compact or angled installation spaces. Its 90-degree L-shaped lead configuration helps simplify wiring, reduce installation space and avoid interference with surrounding components.

Our L-Shape units are available in standard stock sizes and can also be custom-made according to your required diameter, heated length, voltage, power and lead configuration. SUS321 is available for standard applications, while SUS316L and Inconel 600 can be supplied for special operating environments.

90° L-Shaped Lead Configuration

The main feature of this product is its 90-degree angled lead configuration. Instead of extending straight from the heater tube, the lead wires are routed at a right angle to help reduce installation space and avoid interference with surrounding molds, machine components and wiring.
