Sheathed Thermocouple

Sheathed Thermocouple is a mineral-insulated temperature sensor available in straight and standard 90° L-type configurations. EaseWise supplies K, J, T, E, and N types with 0.5–10 mm probe diameters, MgO insulation, and SS304, SS316, or Inconel 600 sheath options for industrial temperature measurement.

This series is suitable for compact installation, vibration, and fast-response measurement. Probe length, bending angle, junction type, connector, thread, and cable configuration can be customized for OEM and replacement applications.

Actual operating temperature depends on thermocouple type, sheath material, probe diameter, atmosphere, installation conditions, and required service life. Platinum-rhodium S/R/B versions are available by custom order.

How to Choose a Sheathed Thermocouple
