Ultra-Thin Fine Diameter Sheathed Thermocouple
Ultra-Thin Fine Diameter Sheathed Thermocouple is a compact mineral-insulated temperature sensor designed for narrow spaces, precision equipment, and fast-response temperature measurement. Probe diameters start at Φ0.25 mm for small holes, gaps, and micro-cavities.

The flexible armored construction provides fast response, vibration resistance, and reliable temperature measurement. K, J, T, E, and N types are available with SS304, SS316, or Inconel 600 sheaths. Probe diameter, length, shape, junction, connector, and lead configuration can be customized for OEM and replacement applications.
As part of our Sheathed Thermocouple range, this fine-diameter design is intended for applications where standard probe sizes cannot fit the available installation space.

- Customizable construction: Probe diameter, length, sheath material, junction, and connection options can be specified for OEM requirements.

Installation
The fine-diameter probe can be inserted directly into small holes, gaps, micro-cavities, or measured media. Clamps or fixtures can be used when fixed positioning is required. The probe has no standard mounting thread and can be bent to follow suitable installation paths.
For applications using a Mini-plug, keep the connector away from high-temperature areas. The standard Mini-plug has a maximum temperature limit of 250°C.
