Threaded Assembly Thermocouple
Threaded Assembly Thermocouple is a fixed-thread temperature sensor for industrial equipment, pipelines, furnaces, ovens, and vessels. Its fixed threaded mounting structure holds the sheathed probe securely for stable temperature measurement.
EaseWise supplies K, J, T, E, and N types with SS304, SS316, or Inconel 600 sheaths. Probe diameter, insertion length, thread, connector, and cable length can be customized for OEM and replacement applications.

NPT threads are available. Insert length within the stock range can be adjusted. Lengths outside the stock range are custom-made. The standard threaded assembly fitting is rated up to 500°C. High-temperature alloy fittings are available for higher-temperature applications.

This Threaded Assembly Thermocouple uses a fixed insertion depth and is suitable when the installation position is predetermined and stable.
